Things to Note:

An application to declare dual citizenship can be submitted concurrently with a passport application.

Those who acquired citizenship of another country after 27th August, 2010 are eligible for dual citizenship

Those who have regained Kenya citizenship are eligible for dual citizenship.

Incomplete applications will not be processed and will be rejected.
Applicants are advised to submit completed applications STRICTLY ONLY via POSTAL SERVICES

Requirements to make a declaration as a dual citizen.

1. Two dully filled application Form.
2. The form needs to be signed and stamped by solicitor/ commissioner of oaths.
3. Two passport size photographs
4. Two copies of Naturalization Certificate
5. Two copies of applicant’s Kenyan Passport
6. Two copies of applicants Foreign Passport
7. Two copies of UK residence permit/visa
8. Two copies of documentary proof for changed names.
9. Two copies of Birth Certificate.
10. Two copies of any other relevant supporting document.
